To create a league, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your Host Site


  2. From the left panel, go to Leagues tab then click on the Add League button.

     

  1. In the Add League page, simply fill-out the information then click the Save button.


  1. League Name – Enter the league name. We recommend that you follow this format: [Year] [Official/unofficial]. Please note that the Season and the day of the week will automatically added in your league name. (for example: Unofficial Tuesday Winter League 2020)

  2. Season – this field is automated

  3. Day of the Week – Allows the user to select which day of the week the league will happen

  4. Record stats in an official WATL League – when enabled, this will record all scores in the official WATL league. 

  5. League type - select the type of league among the three categories

  6. Virtual league -  select this option if the league is only a virtual league

  7. Banner Image – allows user to set-league banner. To upload your preferred image, click on the default image.


Should the league be no longer needed, simply click on the Edit button from the League list and in the League settings, click the Delete League button. 

Important: We recommend not to delete any leagues that are official seasons. The delete league should only be used if you no longer want to have scores from previous leagues on the app’s venue profile.


4. You can now set-up the new league. Click on the league name to open up the settings. The default page will load the Standings tab. On this page, you will see:

  1. Toggle setting between Standing and Games

  2. Change view between default and list view (Games tab)

  3. Week



  1. Next is to add the players. Click on the Add Player button. In the Add League Player page, it shows the list of existing players which you can choose to add in the league but you can also add new players by selecting the Create New Player option.


  1. Once the players are added, the Standings tab will show the player’s list and score table. 


  1. The next step is to Check-in the players. Checking-in the players who arrived on the venue to allows you to set-up the match-up


Select the players that will play then click on the check-in button.



  1. You can use the system generated match-up listed in the Games tab.


    Keep in mind that system generates the match-up to make sure that all players are evenly distributed but you can choose from the queue which match-up will play accordingly. You can change the order of the match-up depending on your preferences.

  2. Or you can manually create a match-up by clicking on 2 names on the player list from matchup tab


  1. When you and players are ready, you can start the game by clicking on the Score Match buttonk
