If you're using the WATL system for the first time you will be prompted with an invoice and to input a credit card. We use a credit card processor called Stripe for billing.
For future payments you will be charged automatically with the credit card that's saved on file, unless that card has expired to is declined.
On your credit card statement you will see "YoReferee Software Ltd", or "axethrowing.org/b"

All leagues and tournaments are billed at $5/player per season or tournament. Billing for leagues happens after your third week of league. Tournaments are billed one week after the event.
